Can you believe we’re already one month into 2022?
ClarityDX kicked off the year with new and exciting website projects that help B2B tech companies achieve their business objectives.
On the last Friday of each month, our internal days enable us to hit pause, refine our processes, and be at the top of our game for B2B website design, development and digital marketing trends.
Keep reading to learn what each team achieved on our January internal day.
Designers
The designers focussed on gathering the resources for future design projects. Frankie organised a stock photo resource hub, while Fenella was researching UI micro animation. Nicola worked on ClarityDX’s own website so that our own clients and potential clients have a great experience learning more about us and what we do.
Project Managers
For the project management team, Joss looked into leveraging Teamwork, our project management platform, to increase work efficiency. Roz wrote a blog post about common myths in B2B digital project management. Be sure to have a read when it’s out!
Developers
It’s all plugins for the developers! Ahmad got feedback from the rest of the team and readjusted his login plugin. Vic updated some documents to keep track of what has changed in our development processes so that anyone on the team can revisit them at any point in time.
Clarity Performance
Clarity Performance is our in-house digital marketing team. On our first internal day of the year, the team prepared materials for future onboarding, evaluated their strengths and weaknesses, and expanded their knowledge of digital trends.
Digital Strategy
On our Clarity Performance website, we have a large collection of resources and blog posts B2B tech marketers can use to learn more about digital strategies. On our January internal day, Darren and Vini reviewed a few articles for the Clarity Performance website, while Ricci immersed himself in third-party cookie articles.
PPC
The PPC team ensured everything is ready for their new PPC team member, and they evaluated their current tools.. Dan M went through accounts with the team and worked on expanding our PPC audits for clients.
SEO
The SEO team focussed on skills development. Micheal built a data-driven PDP for the team to set up goals and he mapped out the resources that could help each member improve their SEO skills. Dan B worked explored new link-building tools.
All in all, we started off the year with a wonderful internal day! Great work team!
