ClarityDX on WordPress website projects for Customer Experience Magazine
In June, we were delighted that we made the shortlist for the ‘Best Website’ category in Partnership with Mitie at the DXA’s 2020. In July, after a live presentation, we were even happier to find out that we won Gold at the virtual awards ceremony against some pretty tough competition! (BT, Refinitiv, & others!)
You can see the delighted (and a little surprised!) face of our Founder, Alex Price when the winner was announced here.
More recently we did a short interview with Customer Experience Magazine to talk about the project, look at the evolving marketing and customer trends and discuss what the future holds for ClarityDX.
Read the summary below, or find the full interview here.
We were particularly proud to win Gold in the Website category in partnership with Mitie as not only is this a testament to all the hard work the teams did on both sides, but the project is also able to showcase the impact a strategic, research-driven website can have with enterprise grade WordPress. The impact on lead generation was so significant, that it has shifted the company mindset of whats possible with digital in an industry largely with a more ‘traditional’ approach to sales & marketing.
With ‘on-demand’ technology, news, & pretty much everything else, it appears the world moves quicker than ever before. As a result, marketers are expected to adapt just as quickly to keep up – COVID-19 is a good example of this. In consequence, we’re seeing more and more marketers turn away from clunky, expensive CMS systems in favour of a more flexible, cheaper & agile alternatives such as WordPress.
As for the future, we’re working on building out an ‘intelligence layer’ that sits on top of our projects & diving into how we can closer integrate the MarTech stack with WordPress.
