Internal day: November 2021
Last week we had the final internal day of 2021! The year is nearly over… Can you believe it? We can. We’ve had a steady stream of great website and digital marketing projects that have made our 2021 so exciting. Plus, we’re still buzzing about our most recent award win with Kadence International at The Drum B2B Awards.
To help us exceed client expectations and win these top industry awards, we set aside the last Friday of each month to hit ‘pause’ on client projects and instead focus on our own processes. On these days, we’re able to innovate our ways of working to save clients time and money in the long run, and to stay ahead of the fast-evolving B2B website and digital marketing space.

Designers
The designers worked on a new project that looks at improving and aligning design and development for Luna, our WordPress theme, to build on efficiency and create more time to focus on bespoke design and development.
Developers
The developers got stuck into their own plugins and projects. For example, Ibon made it so that admin users can hide menu items from their dashboard. Hiten worked on the CSS grid so that we can create complex responsive web design layouts more easily and consistently across browsers.
Project managers
From our project management team, Hollie worked on a blog post about the average length of a B2B website project. Graham worked on our new project that aligns the design and development of our WordPress theme, Luna.
Clarity Performance
Clarity Performance are our in-house digital marketing experts. On our November internal day, they worked on perfecting their agency processes so that they can continue focussing on lead generation, pipeline and revenue for clients.
Digital strategy
The digital strategists worked hard on new projects so that we can offer more services to clients. Darren looked into conversion rate optimisation, Vini looked into Google Analytics set ups and Ricci looked into brand propositioning.
PPC
The PPC team finished off some fantastic blog posts on LinkedIn Ads, and got onboarding materials ready for a new team member. Luca looked into Google display campaigns, Capterra and URLs that will make our PPC strategy even more effective for clients.
SEO
The SEO team researched new tools and learning frameworks for our SEO work going forward. Hervé researched core budget optimisation, and Ronaldo wrote a new article for our blog that will guide other SEO marketers with their tool selection.
A big thanks to the ClarityDX team for such a successful internal day. If you want to read about our October internal day, head here.
